July 1 deadline

The annual due date for Toxics Release Inventory reports.

TRI reports under EPCRA Section 313 are due July 1 each year, covering the calendar year that ended the previous December.

It is a separate obligation from the March 1 Tier II deadline, with different thresholds, a different chemical list and a different covered population. A facility can be subject to one and not the other.
