The electronic submission format for Tier II reports accepted by state programs (via EPA's Tier2 Submit). Starter generates PDF reports; Professional and Enterprise also generate submission-ready .t2s files.
Nothing is charged automatically. You'll see a prompt to add capacity (e.g. an SDS pack or extraction pack) or upgrade, your choice.
Yes, on Professional. An extra facility is a one-time purchase that stays on your account; it isn't added to your monthly bill. Each one also brings 250 SDS library slots and 50 AI extractions. On Starter, a second facility means upgrading to Professional.
Plan extractions reset each year. Purchased extraction packs are yours until used.
