What happens when my trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only and your data is preserved for 30 days. Subscribe to any plan to pick up where you left off. We never auto-charge — no card is taken at signup.
What's a .t2s file?
The electronic submission format for Tier II reports accepted by state programs (via EPA's Tier2 Submit). Starter generates PDF reports; Professional and Enterprise also generate submission-ready .t2s files.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing is charged automatically. You'll see a prompt to add capacity (e.g. an SDS pack or extraction pack) or upgrade — your choice.
Can I add a facility mid-year?
Yes, on Professional — it's prorated for the months remaining and renews with your subscription. Each added facility also brings 250 SDS library slots and 50 AI extractions/yr with it. On Starter, a second facility means upgrading to Professional.
Do unused AI extractions roll over?
Plan extractions reset each year. Purchased extraction packs are yours until used.
Why is your pricing public?
Because comparing EHS software shouldn't require three sales calls. What you see here is what you pay; Enterprise is quoted from these same rates.
