General EHS

Form R and Form A

The two TRI reporting forms: full reporting, and an abbreviated certification.

Form R is the full TRI report, giving release and transfer quantities by pathway for a listed chemical. Form A is an abbreviated alternative certifying that the facility falls under defined thresholds, without reporting quantities.

Form A is only available where total annual reportable amounts stay within the limit set for it, and it is not available at all for persistent bioaccumulative toxic chemicals.

Both are due July 1 for the previous calendar year.
