EPA's consolidated table of chemicals regulated under EPCRA and CERCLA, with their thresholds.

The List of Lists is EPA's consolidated reference of chemicals subject to EPCRA Sections 302, 304 and 313, and to CERCLA, published in one table with the applicable thresholds and reportable quantities.

It is the practical starting point for determining whether a chemical is an Extremely Hazardous Substance, what its Threshold Planning Quantity is, and whether it is TRI-listed.

Matching an inventory against it by CAS number is the usual way to identify which holdings carry reporting obligations.
