EPA's electronic system for submitting and tracking hazardous waste manifests.

e-Manifest is EPA's national system for hazardous waste manifests, replacing paper copies with electronic submission and tracking.

It is funded by user fees charged to receiving facilities, with the fee varying by submission type. Fully electronic submissions cost substantially less than paper. Those fees are revised periodically.

Generators can use it to confirm that waste reached its destination without waiting for a returned paper copy.
