Can I add elements later?
Yes — that's the point. Snap on any element mid-contract and it activates against your existing data core immediately. Pricing prorates automatically.
How is a "facility" defined?
A facility is a physical site with its own EPA ID or Tier II filing. Buildings and storage areas within a site are unlimited.
What counts as an AI extraction?
One processed SDS document. Re-extracting a supplier revision of the same sheet doesn't count against your limit.
Is my data secure?
Every plan is SOC 2 Type II. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM provisioning, and a FedRAMP-aligned deployment option.
Do you help with migration?
Professional and Enterprise include guided onboarding — we bulk-extract your existing SDS archive so you start with a populated library.
Is there a contract minimum?
Plans are billed annually. Month-to-month is available on Starter and Professional at a 20% premium.
